Do you remember that letter campaign to get more OSU licensed items at Kroger? Don't you recall the letter you wrote asking for official OSU Hotdogs, Mustard, Salsa and Chips? Ok so maybe there weren't any letter campaigns, but in any case a new "official" OSU food item has been added to the store inventory, and by official I mean OSU gets 8% of the sales. OSU cereal, "Buckeye HerOes" will hit shelves tomorrow statewide at Kroger for $3.49 for a 14 oz box. Oh and don't worry, Brutus Buckeye Milk is in the works. The OSU official was quoted as saying, "Milk and cereal go together like scarlet and gray." The box will feature Anthony Schlegel, AJ Hawk and Bobby Carpenter. If enough nuts, I mean Buckeyes, buy the item future boxes will feature other past athletic stars at OSU. Due to NCAA rules, you won't see current players. Maybe we should start a letter campaign for Brutus Beer because, "OSU Football and beer go together like scarlet and gray."
