Injuries

OSU had some injuries pop-up in the Minnesota game. The scariest injury was when receiver Ray Small was hit hard before halftime. He was temporarily knocked out and his playing status is unknown at this point. Although receiver Anthony Gonzalez only suffered a mild concussion, there could be concern since he has had one before, but he is expected to play this weekend. Backup running back Maurice Wells, suffered a shoulder stinger, but should play against Illinois. Defensive lineman Quinn Pitcock missed the game due to a concusion, but he is expected to return this week.
