Notes from Penn State Game
All that build up leading to this game, yet the "white out" crowd was silenced by halftime. OSU gave up a touchdown in the first quarter, but responded with a touchdown drive, and never trailed after that, finishing the game 37-17. Penn State scored a field goal and ran back a kickoff in the fourth quarter. Boeckman finished with 253 yards, three touchdowns and one interception. Beanie ran for 133 yards and is only four yards shy of running for 1000 yards this season. Penn State's highly ranked defense allowed OSU to have 453 yards, with 253 passing and 200 on the ground. OSU allowed an above average amount of rushing yards, as Penn State had 139 on the ground and OSU on average only allows 70.9. Pretorius was three of three on field goals with a season high kick of 50 yards.
