The Illibuck Trophy

The game against Illinois is the only trophy game for the Buckeyes. The original Illibuck was a live turtle representing the long life expectancy of the rivalry between the two teams. However, when the turtle died just two short years later, a wooden replica was created. The Illibuck is the second oldest trophy in the Big Ten.
