Injury Update
Nathan Williams didn't make the trip to Indiana due to a concussion, but he is expected to play this weekend. Linebacker Etienne Sabino suffered a lower leg injury in the Nebraska game, had surgery, and is expected to be out at least three more weeks. The injuries on defense have forced Urban Meyer to shift fullback Zach Boren to linebacker. Running back Jordan Hall is still out due to his knee.
ACL University
Purdue has had its share of ACL injuries in basketball and football. Basketball star Robbie Hummel had two ACL injuries while at Purdue. In football, running back Ralph Bolden has had three ACL injuries, quarterback Robert Marve has had three injuries, running back Brandon Cotton has had one injury, and quarterback Rob Henry has had one injury. Ralph Bolden and Robert Marve are expected to available as backups this week.
