Spamsandwichsan says... Two weeks of 3-3 have allowed some to catch up! Time to squeeze that last ounce of flavor from my formaldehyde-laced preservative and take the top spot among sandwich spreads (and the guest panel as well)!!
1. Ohio State over Michigan - not only has (fat) Brady hoke turned their football program back into another terd in the big ten punch bowl... Their basketball program has now followed suit... Reminds me of the 1988 bung holes infamous rags to riches... and then back to rags in the AFC central (or am I thinking of The Jerk?)
2. Florida St. over Florida - maybe we should let urban rejoin his gators for a pro-bono game if he could pull off an upset... hell, even fickel should be able to handle the buckeyes game this week...

3) ALABAMA. AS MUCH AS I WISH IT WEREN'T SO, I JUST DON'T SEE AUBURN WINNING THIS ONE.
4) ILLINOIS. GOING FROM 15TH IN THE NATION TO NOT WINNING THE REST OF YOUR GAMES.
5) GEORGIA. TOUGH ONE TO PICK.
6) CENTRAL MICHIGAN. AT LEAST ONE TEAM FROM MICHIGAN WILL WIN THIS WEEKEND.
Ohio State beats Michigan - all signs point to a Wolverine victory: undefeated in 2 seasons, national title hopes on the line, Michigan is terrible...hold your breath Buckeye fans!
Florida St. beats Florida - OSU will not be in the NT game this season - rather it will be a match-up vs. Stanford in Pasedena
Alabama beats Auburn - War Eagles won't pull one out of their tail-feathers like they did vs. UGA
Northwestern loses to Illinois - surprisingly interesting Big 10 game for this pundit. Illini put down 45 on the Cats.
Georgia loses to Georgia Tech - Smarty pants clip the Dogs wings - it's been a rough one for UGA fans this season.
Eastern Michigan loses to Central Michigan - something about a 'directional' game that just get's this panelist's engines revving!

A very interesting week #13 for the Guest Panel...mainly because I went with my mind instead of my heart, and picked a lot higher ranked road teams to win just because they were more highly ranked than their opponents. Sigh...congrats to Corso for making his selections with his heart and extending his lead.
Ohio State def. Michigan: Although the Buckeyes are undefeated and could potentially play for both the Big Ten title and/or the national championship, I've never been less excited for an Ohio State-Michigan game. Is it them, or is it me just getting old and cynical? I am going to assume the latter.
Florida St. def. Florida: Remember the days when this game used to decide conference and national titles, i.e. before the coaching reign of Will Muschamp? Mark this game down (and take the Seminoles, with the points) as Funtik the Hog's Clairvoyant Snout Bucket Rummage Pick of the Week #14 (12-1 record in such games thus far this season...keep it goin'!). Has there been a game yet this season where the Seminoles have failed to cover the spread (other than Boston College)?!
Alabama def. Auburn: Auburn beating Georgia on a last minute miracle (and my temporary bout of dyslexia) is the sole reason why I am two games back of Corso and not tied with him. No dyslexia this week, and the Tide rolls up on the Tigers.
Northwestern def. Illinois: Uggghhh...this game is in the running to be even more gross and disgusting than last week's Purdue vs. Illinois Clash of the Titans. I have a hard time believing the Wildcats will go 0-fer in the conference this season, and they've shown a bit of fight vs. the conference's better teams (a statement that cannot be said for Illinois). Picking the Wildcats, and cursing the Moderator for making us pick such a cr**tastic game.
Georgia def. Georgia Tech: I seem to be picking a lot of road teams again this weekend...I guess I didn't learn my lesson from last week. Well, if I'm gonna go down, I'm going down with a fight.
Central Michigan def. Eastern Michigan: No one should be surprised at all that this game is the oddball game this week. In other news, the Moderator is blowing off all of his family's Thanksgiving activities and obligations to attend this game, where he will be sitting on the 50 yard line in Kelly/Shorts Stadium in Mount Pleasant, MI. Is it somehow possible to make every Guest Panel game involve a Michigan directional school?
