Texas Players Arrested
Two players from the Texas Longhorns were arrested this past weekend on drug and weapon possession charges. One was starting cornerback Tarell Brown and the other is reserve safety Tyrell Gatewood. It is unclear whether they will be available to play on Saturday. The driver of the car, former Texas player Aaron Harris, claimed the Marijuana that was found. The 9mm handgun belongs to Gatewood, who has a permit for target shooting. Brown and Gatewood took voluntary drug tests to confirm the absence of marijuana in their systems.
