Coaches

Coach Terry Hoeppner is 8-10 at Indiana in his second year, 56-35 in his eight seasons at Indiana and Miami (OH.) He is 0-1 against Ohio State, while at Indiana. Pittsburgh Steelers fans can thank Hoeppner, since he was the college coach of Ben Roethlisberger. It has a been a tough year for the Big Ten, in regards to coaches, with the passing of Northwestern Coach Randy Walker. Hoeppner has had his share of difficulties, having had a second surgery for a brain tumor in less than nine months. Fortunately it turned out to only be scar tissue.
