Ohio State leads the series 35-13-2, 11-6 in West Lafayette. Due to the Big Ten rotation, which involves OSU not playing two Big Ten teams for two years at a time, OSU has not played since Purdue won in West Lafayette in 2004, 24-17. The last time Ohio State won at Purdue was in 2002 (National Championship year), when Krenzel passed to Jenkins on fourth down for the winning touchdown with 1:36 left in the fourth quarter.
